My Official (and Totally Biased) Review of My Sucky Teen Romance

I recently (Like a week and a half ago) watched the movie, My Sucky Teen Romance. It is a movie directed by a lady who was 17 at the time, and her name is Emily Hagins. To be completely honest, I wouldn't think that a movie this good would have been directed by someone so young. She definitely had a good handle on what direction the movie should be going, and she wrote a freaking awesome script!
My favorite scene is when Kate (Elaine Hurt) and Alison (Lauren Lee) are searching for the teen-meet up at Space-con, and Paul (Patrick Delgado) sees Kate and basically falls into a wall. I honestly can't do it justice by explaining it, because it really was hilarious. I am almost laughing out loud now, still thinking about it!
The movie was really well thought out, and I think that every part of it comes together to make a perfect movie for teenagers. It was completely captivating, and there was always something to break the silence or tension in a scene. Also, it captures the idea of vampires and romance, which really weren't exactly meant to go together in a story.
I absolutely love this movie, and I am most likely going to watch it at least 3 more times this week.
I want to say thank you to Emily Hagins for making such an awesome movie that I can be entertained by no matter how many times I watch it, and I can't wait to see her other movies! :)
